What methods of shipping and delivery do you offer?
Paintings can be picked up (no charge), delivered within CT ($25), or shipped. Please call to arrange for shipping.

Can I ship my order internationally?

Can I modify my order?
We cannot offer modifications to orders at this time, but you do have the option to cancel the order within 24 hours. Please send email through contact on the Web site.

How do I know JP ARTS ENTERTAINMENT, LLC received my order?
Once we have received your order, an email confirming your purchase will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing will take 3-5 business days. Packages are shipped via UPS and transit times are dependent upon the shipping method selected.

What should I do if I receive merchandise that is damaged?
All products are inspected prior to packing and we stand behind our merchandise. Should your items arrive in less than perfect condition, you will need to contact us at contact on the website.

When I put something in my shopping bag am I guaranteed that I will receive the merchandise?
We make every effort to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us, but unfortunately items are not guaranteed in stock. You will be notified via email within 3 business days if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?
Yes, sales taxes from Connecticut will be added to the order.

How do I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. No return or exchange is allowed.

What suggestions do you have to take care of my fine arts?
-Suggested: No artwork should be placed in direct sunlight or near direct sources of heat or air conditioning.
-Suggested: Climate controlled spaces are always best to avoid temperature extremes, but also to avoid excessive moisture which might condense behind the plexiglass and cause damage to the artwork.
– Suggested: Light dusting around the frame of the artwork with a clean, soft microfiber cloth to prevent dust buildup, never use any cleaning products or water on your artwork.

Do you do commission artwork?
Yes, please contact me to discuss your ideas. Price varies and depends on complexity, timeframe, and size.
